Expert: AI to raise fairness of decisions of Russian authorities
MOSCOW, Jan 24 (PRIME) – The Russian authorities need artificial intelligence (AI) to make fact-based decisions, and neural networks will speed up provision of the state and municipal services, Ruslan Permyakov, deputy head of the center of excellence Technologies of Trusted Interaction of the National Technology Initiative, told PRIME on Tuesday.
“The AI use in the state and municipal management will introduce data-based control practices, it will lift a biased, personal attitude of a person to a decision he makes…In management, AI reduces loading on contact groups and cuts the time of provision of the bulk of state and municipal services,” Permyakov said.
Media reported earlier that the authorities will report to the government on introduction of AI-based solutions from 2023. The government will allocate 45 million rubles till the end of 2024 to check AI maturity of its agencies.
